My name is Kerry Gatewood I have over 20 years of experience in adult learning and instructional design. I am passionate about helping people reach their highest potential. My passion for instructional design began when I was 16 years old and I worked at my father’s Donatos pizza. I designed training materials to help improve efficiency which led to a 30 percent increase in profit. Since then I have worked for several organizations designing and developing web-based training courses.
